- What are the hours of operation?
5:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- Is the Fairway of Lights for all ages?
Fairway of Lights is for guests of all ages. The walking tour does take approximately 40minutes, therefore, appropriate footwear and clothing is recommended based on the weather conditions.
- Will washrooms be made available?
Yes, washroomsare available for use inside the clubhouse.
- Are dogs allowed?
Yes! Dogs are welcome. We do ask that they stay on leash while on the property.
- How long does it take to walk the Fairway of Lights?
Everyone will go through the trail at their own pace. The trail is designed to last approximately 40 minutes.
- Does the Fairway of Lights operate “rain/snow or shine”?
The Fairway of Lights is an outdoor experience and will be open, unless Angus Glen deems it unsafe. Please see cancellation policy. We recommend wearing the appropriate footwear and clothing based on the elements.
- May I take photos or videos of displays?
Yes! There are multiple spots along the path that encourage SELFIE photos. Remember to post and share them with us on our social channels.
- Is the event wheelchair or stroller friendly?
Yes, however, the path is not completely flat and does feature small hills. The path is made of asphalt and gravel.
- What do I do if I lost my ticket?
Do not worry! When you arrive, please provide the name the reservation was made under and we can look up your tickets. You can also email events@angusglen.com for assistance in resending your tickets by email.
- Rescheduling your Ticket
Please email events@angusglen.com for rescheduling purposes. Tickets may only be rescheduled to dates and times that are not sold out on www.fairwayoflights.com.
- Are tickets refundable?
As per the Terms and Conditions for the Fairway of Lights, tickets are not refundable.
- How will I receive my tickets once I have purchased them?
Tickets will be emailed to you once you have completed your purchase. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive your tickets.
- What do I do if I lost my ticket?
When you arrive at the main door, please let the staff know the name that the tickets were booked under. We will be able to find your tickets! You can also email events@angusglen.com for assistance.
- I need to reschedule my tickets
Please email events@angusglen.com and request your tickets be rescheduled. We are only about to reschedule to a date and time that is not sold out. Please allow 24-48 hours for a confirmation.
